About Chantal

Chantal is our newest Osteopathic manual practitioner and lower-back specialist, she practices a European style of Osteopathy, which utilizes hands-on manipulation of muscles and joint mobilization using techniques including stretching, gentle pressure, and resistance.

Born and raised in St. Catharines, Chantal Girard turned a lifelong passion for athletics and physical movement into a career dedicated to helping others heal.

She earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from Brock University (2020–2024), where she built a strong foundation in human anatomy, biomechanics, and holistic care. Driven to expand her hands-on practice, Chantal completed her Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Therapy at the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto.

Her treatment approach bridges kinesiology and osteopathic principles, focusing on gentle, manual techniques that restore mobility, boost circulation, and address the root cause of discomfort rather than just masking symptoms. Warm, attentive, and deeply committed to continuing education, Chantal creates a supportive space where patients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to achieve long-term well-being.
